Invoicing procedure for MSN freelancers

You must attach your personal invoice in PDF format (no Word or Excel files) to your FlowFit invoice.

Your personal invoice must include the following:

  • Your first and last name and the name of your company, if applicable
  • Your full mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • Espresso communication’s full mailing address (4428 Saint-Laurent Blvd., Suite 300, Montreal, Quebec, Canada  H2W 1Z5) and the name of a contact person at Espresso (e.g., the project manager who sent you a purchase order for writing services)
  • A heading containing the word invoice
  • A unique invoice number
  • The invoice date
  • Details regarding the services rendered
  • For providers who charge taxes: your tax numbers and each tax amount
  • The subtotal (i.e., the amount before taxes)
  • The total (i.e., the amount after taxes)

Please note that there will be a 60-day turnaround for payment of these invoices.
